Howdy, Earl.
  You start removing the windows by locating the gap in the frame.  It 
is in the center, and I think it is in the front.  It has a single screw
keeps a small cover over the gap.
  How you proceed next depends on whether you have the two or three piece
windows.  You have to move them until the center is clear and the above
named cover is removed over the gap.  Then you slide one of the windows
up to the gap and get the edge out.  Then CAREFULLY slide it all the way
over, getting one end completely out of that gap.  Each window is then
slid with one end going out of the gap.
  I once read someone saying that the engine had to be removed to get to
these seals.  Guess they never got that close to a `coupe.  Probably out
of fear  :-)
