Hello Coupers:
After finally replacing a leaking main fuel valve, we are now faced
with a carpet and floorboards that really smell of fuel. Short of
replacing the carpet, are there any tricks for getting that smell out?
Being an RC model builder also, a trick that we use to get oil out of
balsawood prior to recovering after repairs is to use K2R spot remover.
I was wondering if this could be a solution.Thanks for any advice. Now if they will get the resurfacing of the taxiway by our hangar, and the re-do of a runway at the airport, I just *might* get to fly this bird regularly!!! :) Regards, Jeff Orear 93966
