I can understand Ed's feelings about Skip and the club, and I certainly
appreciate all the quality work he's done over the years for this group.
But as far as I'm concerned, the best thing that Skip could do is to step
back and allow someone with the talent and desire to get the club up and
running as it should. Hey Ed, maybe you can tell group about the year
when
the Directors voted Skip out! It's my understanding (politically correct
for its a fact) that Skip went ahead and nullified the vote, making the
majority of Directors look like horses asses! Sure looks like he has the
Ercoupers in his best interests. PROGRESS my friend, is what it should be
all about. And as for your indications of "volunteering", sure its human
nature to accept. As a matter of fact, if anyone wants to volunteer to
paint my house, come on down, I accept!

Ed, my contention is that this a/c and this "type club" has been in the
shitter for a long, long, time. It's time someone takes it out of there
and
places it where it belongs. If it means starting a new group (as did the
Luscombers) so be it, but it can't stay where it is. (If anyone really is
interested in this political donnybrook, get a bunch of back issues of
Coupe
Capers, start reading and start analyzing. You'll see that there are
people
that care and people that just criticize. Funny, the people that care
aren't around any more, but the people that criticize are still there,
being
critical. Maybe the people that care have advanced their lifestyles? )
As
for me, the EOC and some of its VERY few backwards power staff can go to
hell, and to you, Ed, I graciously award my Board of Director's vote by
proxy at the upcoming nationals, (as long as you don't try to vote against
the establishment, we wouldn't want that!).

Many of you will be relieved to hear that I am tired and will no longer
comment on this crap.

Al (will always love the Ercoupes) DeMarzo
Pissed Off Regional 11 Director (until the end of the year), EOC
