I don't know how many others are out there, but my 'coupe has a hand parking brake, connected by cable to the foot pedal that could be used for normal braking with a little modification to keep it from locking in the braked position. Then the normal braking could be accomplished by hand. It is a '46 serial #1149. Good hunting. Earl Schell 93826 NY
