Dear Coupers: What advice would you give to someone who is currently looking at buying a Ercoupe as a first airplane. I have several thousand hours as a bush pilot on the Canadian shield, but have never flown a coupe.
Any insight on what to look for and what to watch out for, pedals vs original, pros and cons of the original nose gear, etc., is appreciated. Thank you Darrel Hanson
