Make it easy on every one guys,,,,,if you have a text file just copy it and paste it into the body of your E-mail. This way it can be easily read by everyone. Now as for graphics. If it is a photo use .jpg not .gif the gif is more for line or clip art the jpeg allows better color resolution and a smaller file size than a gif. If you have a scanner or will have someone else scan a photo in for you do it at a resolution of 100 dpi max. Your monitor will only display 100 dpi so anything more is wasted and only increases the file size. If file size is a real issue then you can optimize it to 256 colors. Most pics probably will not suffer any substantial loss. DO NOT however do it to 256 colors in a pallet mode. Makes for a real ugly pic. Hope this helps
