I've been reading the mail on the nose gear, high tail subject.

I've always understood it to be that the double fork was stronger and
replaced
the single that may get damaged due to hard landings.


Couple of questions:

I've got the original nose gear on my coupe.  Am I missing something?

Is there a big saftey or performace reason for the mod., that I'm
not aware of?

Is this a AD?

Should I consider replacing mine?

I've looked close at mine, and don't see any problem.
I do notice a pull to the left during taxing, does anyone
else experince this?
