According to Bob Foster, there are no 337's or STCs that he is aware of available for an enlarged baggage compartment for the Alon. It appears the problem is in the structural differences in the baggage area between the 415/Forney and the Alon that preclude the installation of a larger baggage compartment. If anyone out there knows of someone who has done the mod on an Alon and has a 337, let me know and I will pass it along to Bob.
