Hi Folks, I am, happily returning to your friendly group. Gee, just when you thought you had gotten rid of me at last! :-) I was quick to jump to conclusions, although I did see shortly thereafter what was really going on. Privately, I received so many kind, supportive messages, asking me to continue to write about my flying adventures/lessons. There are a number of you who do enjoy my bumbling, but gradually and steadily improving journey on the way to getting my PPL. You have no idea how much your encouragement means to me. I am compelled to write about my flying experiences, regardless. The fact that some of you actually enjoy reading my ramblings makes me exceedingly happy. Now I wish I could paint. Some of the things I've seen while flying are exquisitely beautiful beyond my vivid imagination. I still think if those other people, the ones who don't fly or are passengers on an airliner and don't LOOK, started to SEE what we do, the skys would be as crowded as a Los Angeles freeway at rush hour. Or maybe not... My training in photography has given me a life long appreciation of lighting. I have seen some lighting effects from the air that were so stunning that I had to remind myself to start breathing again. So anyway, I will continue to use a warning label so the folks who are not interested can just quickly delete.
