          You can replace one donut if you want,but chances are that if
the tail is low, they have all collapsed a little. They are not too
expensive, so I would recommend you do them all. I don't know if you can
get away with it or not, but what I did ,was drill 8 holes around the
perimiter of each donut. I used a 3/8" drill bit which gives you a 1/4"
holes. This still holds the tail up but gives somewhere for the rubber
to flex. If you are having trouble compressing the donuts to get the
snap ring in place, let me know,and I'll tell you how to make a simple
compresser for about $2. I guess you know you have to remove the wings
to get the strurs off, so you might as well put them all in and then
you're done. I also found that gear oil in the strut gives much better
damping. All this is just my thoughts on the subject, and not gospel.
