Joe;    The thinner rear windows are the proper size. If you put in the 
thicker (about 1/8") ones, they do need to be formed to fit in order for
the 
molding to hold them in place.
As far as the windshield goes, I have only done one of each type, a bubble

and a straight. I found that by gluing the bottom molding to the
windshield, 
and letting that dry before installing the windshield, it all fit much 
better. I taped the molding to the windshield in order to get the proper
fit, 
cut to length, etc., and then did the glue job. Clear silicone seemed to
work 
OK. I also marked the position on the cowl where the molding would end up,

when I did the trial fit with molding taped in place. Then put a small
bead 
of the clear silicone on that area before putting the windshield in for
the 
final time. That gave a nice watertight fit.
I do not remember the shape of the molding, but I'm sure I got it from
Lee.
