Yup, I've used PRC for sealing my tanks when we rebuilt them. You mix the two parts together in the proper proportions. We used about 1 teaspoon of the white to a tiny dab of black. (Actually, we used a chemist's balance to weigh the proportions to the nearest 1/10 of a gram. Once it is mixed you have about 20 minutes to use it. The rest of the PRC, still in the can, will last for quite a long time. Syd Cohen (how could I forget the huge storm while we were inbound for Oshkosh??)
