Question for the crowd: Today I went flying for 3 hours. As I was turning off the Runway and took a sharp right turn, the front header tank started spewing gas which sprayed the extreme left side of the windshield. This was off a grass strip and required additional RPM to keep moving. I tried a hard right turn again on the ramp and this repeated with the high rpm. It did not do it with slow turns or slow rpm. I checked the gas cap and it was on tight, gasket was snug and no other apparent signs of leaking I'm thinking that the tight turn with the higher rpm caused some type of low pressure area over the vent and it vented out. However, it was disconcerting and I wondered if anyone else has had this happen. Any advice?
