Just started drilling out rivets around the fuse tank for placement of the SS sheet via cherry max rivets. Instructions say to cut out portion of aluminum skin forward of second bulkhead and use as template for hole locations. My question to you all is "can the aluminum skin be left in place and after all rivets are drilled out, simply rivet the SS skin over the existing skin using a hole finder ?"
