Hi Bob: We figured 25.00 per hour complete operating expenses, based on 35.00 hangar rent and 100 hrs. annually. On the Cherokee, we budget 35.00 based on the same rent, and 150 hrs. annually. This year will probably see at least 200 hrs, but the budget will remain the same, since the rent can't stay the same forever, and parts seem to be getting more expensive. regardless of the crap Clinton's trying to push over on us) Doug
