Bob White, is production manager for UNIVAIR. He has been with them (I
think) over 25-years. He has informed me that he is going to retire at
the
end of February. My dealings with Bob White have always been the best. He
is
most helpful and has always been aware that a customer is important. He
was
NOT in charge of making the decisions on the baggage kit order! Those
decisions came from upper management and passed down to him to execute.
That is NOT the way I ran my business for over 45 years. As President
and
CEO, I REQUIRED that all complaints from customes be answered by ME
PERSONALLY! I did NOT want to hand the dirty work off to an employee,
then
HE/SHE could take all the gruff.
I never have never been called, or had the opportunity to talk to the
president, or upper management at UNIVAIR about this order. To me, that is
a
shame. How they run their operation is THEIR buisness. It is just not
the
way I would run it.
I want to thank Bob White for the professional manner in which he has
handled this unfortunate situation. He is "Mr. Nice Guy" in my book!
I do hope he enjoyes his retirement. He has earned it!
