I agree, BOB White has helped me in the past, but as stated he is retiring
soon....

My problem with Unviar is that I own a business, and if I ever treated my
customers like this order has gone, I would be out of business.  It would
be
a whole different deal if they were forced to take a loss at the price
they
quoted.  But they are not, some bean counter figures that there is a
demand
so raise the prices... that is wrong.  and does not build much goodwill.

So since Univair is not really interested in my business,  I WILL take it
some where else.

I am just one guy and it is my option to do that.  If you guys find Unviar
a
fair company with great customer support that is great.  Me I'll look for
others to do business with.
