Hey Ken:
The "Offical Site" is the Naval Observatory. Harry gave you a link
to that.
You can also go to www.cnn.com/weather/time. This one gives
you a map of the world. Select where you are, Major Cities.
Give it a time of day and it will tell you zulu (GMT) and time
anywhere else in the world you may desire. Just like Time Travel.
Neat site.

at the top there is a link for time).
