Hi, I was wondering how many folks park your Ercoupes outside or how bad you think it would be on one and its Stits covering. I am thinking about parking mine out because in less than 10 years I would have spent more than what it is worth ($120 a month hangar rent) and I figure it will last longer than that before it corrodes down to nothing sitting outside. Mine is going to need a major rebuild before that anyway as it's getting near 3000 and pretty ragged so what is the point? I figure if it blows away then that's what insurance is for. Everybody says it is bad on one but I notice that the local flight school has had their 152s sitting out for 20 years with no major problems.
