There's a gooey tape-type seal called "Coax-Seal." The most likely place to find it is at a store selling ham radio equipment. I couldn't imagine using Coax Seal inside an aircraft. The gaskets around the base of antennas are supposed to keep the water out of the fuselage and there is no way on a plastic enclosed antenna that water can get in. For a bottom mounted antenna, if you have enough standing water to affect a connector, I would look into opening the drain holes in the fuselage.
On clean dry connectors I would use a coating (it can be generous) of Dow Corning DC-4. It comes in tubes and is very expensive, but has occasional uses around aircraft, especially for the installation of "O" rings and hoses - it is often specified in repair manuals. DC-4 is silicone goo with the consistency of Vaseline that can be purchased through the usual aircraft parts suppliers. If you have silver plated BNCs, the last thing I would do is clean them with any abrasive because all you will do is remove the soft silver plate. The mating surface on the female is on the inside and difficult to reach - on the male it's just the tips of the fingers. The center pin and female socket are essentially uncleanable yet are just as important as the outer contacts. Silver oxide is not too bad a conductor and the aircraft's vibration will maintain an OK contact. Length of the pin on the cable (male) ends causes more problems than corrosion. Either through improper installation or age, the coax insulation creeps and the pin retracts from the shell causing contact to be lost. If you live around the Gulf of Mexico, forget silver plated connectors and stick with nickel or gold plate. The sulfur fumes produce a black silver sulfide surface that is not a good conductor.
