Dennis,
I think what you're referring to is called coax seal.  You can get small
rolls at
Radio Shack.  Wrap a piece around the connector inside the fuselage and
massage it
until there is no visible seam around the coax or the metal skin.  It's
kind of a
waxy "goo" that is very pliable, yet waterproof.  Another good candidate
is the
liquid vinyl, called Liquid Electrical Tape, sold by Harbor Freight (and
others).
Make sure to wrap a layer of regular vinyl tape around the connector and
coax,
otherwise you'll never get the stuff off.  This would work on the outside,
also, but
it's quite messy.  Hope this helps.
