Dick; I hope what happened to your friend does not happen to any of us Coupers. I have had pretty good results using AIG. When I added our rebuilt Coupe to my insurance last year, I kept the Liability the same on both aircraft ($1mil, 100,000 per seat) and put 20,000 hull on the Ercoupe. It only cost me an additional $360 per year to add the Coupe to the Bonanza policy.
