Thanks everyone for the quick response to my questions. I guess the frustrating part was not being able to find a quick reference. I have a current FAR/AIM manual, a couple of texts which I used to bring me up to speed when I started flying again, but I could not find a reference that would decode the abbreviations in question.
VIRGA came back to memory after you guys explained it to me. I remember reading it. --------but WHERE???????--------. Oh well break out the books I guess. Thanks again all who answered.
