The Magellans have always been that way I guess.  Mine is a 4 year old
Magellan Trailblazer. It works great in the plane and is much more
sensitive
than the 2 Garmins I bought and returned before I got it. Also, it is not
speed limited like some of the other cheap ones.  Glen Ward
