Hello to all!! I got a chance to fly Sat here in Ill Went down to Clow airport and got a ride to a local Steak and Shake for lunch with a couple of guys that fly out of that airport.The runway is a N/S strip ( the winds were S) after eating and some laughs I decided to go back to my airport the runway is E/W by the time I got back the winds were gusting to about 28 or so out of the S .Those strong warm S winds were really fun to land in nice day the guys that tiedown near me saw my landing and when I got back to the tiedown the were clapping they said " you could do that without rudder pedals?" I said looking out a side window down the runway is a normal thing in a coupe during X-Wind landings. They were impressed ya'know so was I.THANX FRED!!! I felt so good that I went out and bought some simple green and cleaned the under belly and center section and now the coupe is clean all over that simple green really cuts the grease great without screwing up the paint. GOOD STUFF!!! next is my wax job It needs some wax .I did an OIL Change too while I was at it.The 15/50 Shell semisynthetic was 3.50 and the Oil filter was 14.00 so for about 35.00 I finished it myself.Noted it on my Sqwak sheet and in my engine log. so thats all for now!!
