Now THAT sounds like a SCARE-Coupe...

Does the plane, by chance, have a big gap in the logs? Have
you done a 337 search?

Or maybe, just maybe, someone tried to get cute with the 415C to
415D SS fuselage skin requirement and fouled things up that way...
