One, you can't get high enough to make 10 miles. Two, your never going
to
have it happen on a standard day with no wind. Never. It's way to small a
ratio "look close!"
Ever minute of every flight as part of your scan outside of the
cockpit,
watch your surrounding. Other than that I've never seen it in writing.
Except
the M10 and I don't remember where that was.
