NO number without data plate. There is a market for buying data plates. Even the big guys do it. (P51 Etc.) When you say post war, Are the leg forked leg or round steel pre-ser# 813? Or cast Aluminum? The fork you really would have something. The steel leg it would be easy to come up with a data plate. The Aluminum leg could be any Ercoupe family to the M10.
