Not so.  Maybe some, but not mine.  A driver's license only proves
residence, 
not citizenship.  A birth certificate proves citizenship assuming you
didn't 
change citizenship at some time.  A passport is the final answer, however.

Canada used to accept a driver's license (as did the US coming back) as 
identification, but no longer.  Now they want proof of citizenship,
although 
I've heard of folks that got through in a pinch.
