I have my plane in a hanger with a concrete floor. I drilled a hole and inserted a lead expansion gadget in the hole and screwed in a hook. I use
the coupe tail tie down point and can tie the tail down far enough to get the front wheel up for service. I put my weight "carefully" on the attachment point of the stab, pull the rope tight and tie it down by myself. Not too difficult. I guess rocks on the stab will work, but .......!!
