I agree with Harry on the Disclaimer.  We are in a I "sue you era" now.
So
use your protection.

My point was to add a blank line to break it from the posting and also, (I
didn't say it, but hoped that it was implied):  When replying to a post,
it
would be nice if you cut off the old disclaimer. This will stop them from
growing. 

So: 
Leave the disclaimer.
Add a line before you start typing.
Cut the old disclaimer off before you type your reply.

Isn't life great.
