----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- The panel comes out pretty easily, and you can re-use it as a template for the new panel. I used about 2 1/2 square feet for my new panel of .050" aluminum. Costs about 12 dollars!
