----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- Hi Jim; I also just purchased a 415C with 85hp and am just starting the restoration process. I am new to the Couper group so anyone please feel free to correct me if wrong but it's my belief that if you have the aluminum tanks, you have a total of 24 gal. If you have the old ternplate tanks than you have the lessor fuel quantity. Also if the header tank shut off is in the instrument panel than it's the tern plate tank. if the shut off is under the panel on the left hand side than you have aluminum tanks. IMHO
