I'm almost at the point of considering a paint job. I've tried 4 different strippers, lacquer thinner, toluene & MEK and nothing seems to cut the stuff. at this point I haven't a clue what that lite green primer is, zinc chromate or something else though I've heard that zinc chromate is especially difficult to remove. my paint cabinet sure is getting filled with strippers and thinners. do I understand you right that after rubbing the K-3 with scotchbrite pads, the finish will start the normal bubbling reaction ? on another subject, followed your trip with Joel and envied every minute of it. what a great experience for the youngster. I myself have 6 grandchildren they're already asking, "Papa, when will you take me flying?" looking forward to much air time in 2001. regards JoeC N99621
