----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- At the worst, you can obtain the factory drawing from the archives and have the part fabricated. It is most likely made of common size aircraft grade material. The only difficult part will be any special treatment required such as shot peening, but that should be on the drawing too, and there are qualified FAA certified facilities that can bend, weld, heat-treat, and surface treat. My guess it that it will cost around $500-$800 in all.
If it's any consolation, there are several other aircraft with spring gear that have had breakage problems - some require periodic inspection (and rejection) for very small scratches.
