----[Please read http://ercoupers.com/disclaimer.htm before following any advice in this forum.]---- Hey Mary.  Don't hold back.  Tell him the way you really feel.  When I purchased 93404, I had a "paper" annual.  Luckily, the things that were wrong with it were minor, and after spending $1500.00 on repairs I had a lovely little airplane.  How anyone could feel good flying an airplane without a good going over, I'll never know.  I suspect he's looking to annual it, and then sell it to some unsuspecting fool.  I hope he tries to fly it one last time before it sells, and what ever is going to break does it on that flight.
