A.  Blow up plane
B.  Tell `em it is a kit that you just put together and get `em to sign it

Realistically, I can't come up with anything.  The FAA has microfiche of 
every thing
that was filed with them.  And some of it could be 
reconstructed.  Duplicate A/W'y
Certs are issued by the FAA - see FAR's for addresses.
