Dear John, Thanks for the picture. Lucky kid! I often wonder what it would have been like if I was fortunate enough to have grown up around planes and pilots. I am grateful to have discovered flying at all and I can assure you that I will never take it for granted! I encourage everyone to share flying with little kids, teenagers, and big kids (like me) too. Thanks to you, Leslie, and many of you for what you're doing with the kids! I noticed that you have a Redding Medical Center sweatshirt on. I assume you live in the Redding area then? We don't have any towered airports in our area. My CFI likes to have his student go over to Redding for praciticing with a tower and also for cross country flights. When I get to that point, is it OK if I contact you? It would be nice to meet you and the little one.
