Mr. Howard;

   Good morning.  After reading your topic, I am think
that you are again starting having trouble with carb
icing.  This carb icing is caused by the moisture
level being high in the air, and the air being
compressed to your air port of the carb.  You may be
flying in these circumstances.  This is the reason
they put carb heat on the engines.
   Your second problem, is when you put your carb
together you may not have your floate adjusted right. 
This will cause a rich fuel and can cause extra icing
problems in the above conditions.
