A question for those of you who have recently recovered your wings. Did you put anti chafe tape on the edges of the trailing edge and on the edges around the landing light cutout? The tape supplied (I'm using the Stit's Poly Fiber process) has pretty poor adhesive qualities and I really want good glue adhesion in these areas. The video specifically mentions that the only adhesion the fabric sees under the tape, is that provided by the tape itself. The video does not apply anti chafe tape on the trailing edge of the Tri-Pacer wing they cover, and they don't address the landing light cutout.. When I bought all my materials I was given only a quart of Poly-Tak. I don't think this is enough. Did you use more than a quart? I'm not going to admit what I paid for the stuff. I certainly didn't get buy as cheaply as some of you did. :-( Thanks Paul N2273H __________________________________________________ To unsubscribe from this list please send mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ___________________________________________________________ T O P I C A http://www.topica.com/t/17 Newsletters, Tips and Discussions on Your Favorite Topics
