My "center" panel (a floating panel) has a rough black texture to it.
I need to repaint this panel (the previous owner had put JB Weld on
it
to attach some items and it won't come off, I've tried everything)
and
would like to use a textured paint. What options are out there? I
was kind of thinking about using a dark gray and then painting the
back panel (non-floating) a slightly different shade of gray for a
little contrast.
I really don't want the swirly look of a "hammerite" finish but
rather
a solid color that's rough.
