Wait a minute...Isn't the venturi used on the O-200 larger? I'm pretty sure it is. When I had a lean running problem, that was one thing Precision had me check for on my C-90. I had to be sure it didn't have the wrong venturi installed. They said it was pretty common for someone doing the single-piece venturi mod on a C-90 to get the larger venturi meant for the O-200.
