Hi Gummi.... I have been using an aluminum polish I found at walmart in the auto section. Cant recall the name but it comes in a white and blue squeeze bottle. Cheap and it seems to work well. I have found that if you use corn starch or bread flower applied to your polish rag and then use it to buff off the dull polish it absorbs the excess polish and makes the job go much faster and it looks
better too. You may need to rinse the plane with water when done as the dust seems to get everywhere. Just towel it off to avoid water spots. A "shiney" looks peachy when polished but yes, it does take elbow grease. I plan polishing days for when its too scummy to fly :-) Rob 3040H
