Greetings, I am now the proud owner of Alon Aircoupe N5479E and just flew it home this weekend and had a problem with the wing tank fuel caps venting fuel into the air while flying. I made sure tanks were NOT overfilled. Tank caps and gaskets are a little worn but not bad.
Anyone have this problem before? Also the wing tanks did not pump at the same rate, tank that was venting the worst had 2/3 full while non-leaking was almost dry? Are they supposed to pump at the same rate into the nose tank? Thanks for your help Chad Surmick N5479E Santa Rosa CA
