Oh Well: I have taken all your ideas and suggestions and gone over them with several mechanics with the following results. I tried flying at high power with aggressive leaning, which caused no change. I tried "staking" the valve which had the same result. I even tried calling it by name! Still 80 over 40 on that cylinder. The consensus of opinion is "pull the cylinder". Again any and all ideas and suggestions are welcome. Thanks: Maynard, 99843
