HELP! Do any of you 'coupers have any info on NC28954. I believe it was a post war production unit. My Mom flew it out of Sky Harbor (Chicago) in September of 1945. It didn't show up on the traditional N number search on links to Dave's page so I thought I'd put it out to you guys. It was a trainer and may have augered-in long ago. She will be 88 this August and fellow couper, Ken LeBlanc has gratiously agreed to take her for a reorientation flight this summer in FL. If NC28954 is still alive, a photo would be a wonderful addition to her log book.
