I've set up a system with Postfix, Courier-imap, Amavisd-new and virtual users on a MySQL database.Everything is working fine, authentication is OK, webmail is working as it should, viruses are kept out, etc.I've only one user from one virtual domain (with several users) claiming to have problems. This customers collects all messages for all users with Exchange 5.5.He claims that a single particular account authenticates but download no messages. As far as I can see, messages are delivered to that mailbox, and after the connection they are deleted as they should. Is it possible to log the POP3 session? I mean all the USER/PASS/LIST/RETR/DELE stuff? How?
If the connection is from a fixed IP address, use tcpdump to monitor network traffic to/from that IP address.
