These errors simply indicate rpms and/or files/libs needed to build or run the the package being built. I am not a RHEL export but for fedora i just install fam-devel for the fam.h. Also you'll need to build/install courier-authlib and courier-authlib-devel before you can build courier. And, if you are just looking to install the courier-imap client, you should be building courier-imap ( it may have different dependencies ).
