You didn't gzip it like I asked, so I'm not entirely sure it hasn't been
corrupted when I receive it, but what I see is just 43 zero bytes. Is that

Well, I'd guess you've found a problem, but I don't know that part of the
code, and it would probably be MrSam who would have to investigate.

However, looking again at the thread starting

you have said very little about your system, not even the version of
courier-imap you're using.

So the starting point should be a full run-down of your system
configuration: your O/S (full version), version of courier-imap, where you
got it from or what options you compiled it with; what sort of storage you
are using; if it's NFS, what O/S the NFS server is running; and so on.
