If it makes sense that the "zeroing" of the files is the deactivation that was logged and that restoring the files will like restore pop3 services, - can someone please help me get the three files /etc/xinetd.d/courier-imap /etc/xinetd.d/courier-imapds /etc/xinetd.d/courier-pop3d
These files are not included in Courier-IMAP. These are custom configuration files, furthermore this is not even the standard way to install Courier-IMAP. This some GoDaddy-written crap. You'll have to get them to fix it.
